FAQsDelivery…..
Q: Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to Melbourne metropolitan area only - bounded by Frankston, Cranbourne, Berwick, Ferntree Gully, Lilydale, Hurstbridge, Epping, Craigieburn, Diggers Rest, Melton and Werribee.
If you live outside of these areas please email me your interest in the service and I will contact you with specific details for your area.
We are currently looking into how we can make it more cost effective to deliver outside of Melbourne metropolitan.
Q How much is delivery?
Melbourne metropolitan - $9.95
Q What time / day will my Toddler Tucker delivery be sent?
All deliveries are made on Thursdays during business hours unless otherwise advised.
Q. Can I get my order delivered on a weekend?
If you require your delivery to be on a weekend, please contact us to see what we can do. However, as I’m sure you can understand, we prefer to be spending weekends with our family too so we would prefer to deliver during the week, remember you can have the delivery to your place of work, child’s daycare centre, neighbour’s or friend’s house too.
Q. What if I want to cancel or change my order?
Order cancellations or any changes must be made at least 48 hours before the shipping date. Please contact kim@toddlertucker.com.au.
Q What is the deadline of placing an order?
Orders must be placed by 8am Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
Q How do you deliver the orders?
All of our orders are delivered using refrigerated vehicles, ensuring your product remains at the correct temperature. Once the product is delivered it is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches a freezer before it begins to thaw.
Q How are the meals packaged?
Meals are packaged in plastic, recyclable containers with snap on lids. Your order is packed into an insulated bag with a sheet of dry ice / gel pack (Techni Ice) and will remain frozen for up to six hours.
Q What if I’m not at home?
If you’re not home to receive your delivery, your order will be placed at your front door unless otherwise instructed. We don’t recommend this as it is not good food practice. Please keep in mind that deliveries can be made to your place of work, child's daycare centre, neighbour's or friend’s house - whichever option is easiest for you.
Gift certificates...
Q How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store, you can pay for them using Paypal. Once purchased, the value of the gift certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. Once you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account you can then send a Gift Certificate to someone else via email.
Q How do I send a gift certificate?
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to the Send Gift Certificate Page which you can find once you have logged in, in My Account. You will need to specify the name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to, their email address, the amount you want to send them (you don't have to send the full amount that appears in your Gift Certificate Account) and the message you would like to appear in the email.
Q How do I buy with my gift certificate?
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase items in the store. At the checkout stage a box will appear that is for use of Gift Certificates. Enter the amount to apply from your Gift Certificate Account. Please note that if you don't have enough funds to cover the entire transaction, you will also need to select another method of payment. Also, you are not required to use your entire balance in one transaction, the remainder will simply remain in your account.
Q How do I redeem a gift certificate?
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate along with a message from them. The email will also contain a Gift Certificate Redemption Code. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways:
1. Click on the link contained within the email that says: "To redeem your gift certificate please click here". You will be taken to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page where you will be asked to create an account prior to the Gift Certificate being validated and placed into your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend whenever you want.
2.During the checkout process in the payment step there is a box to enter a Redemption Code for a Gift Certificate. Enter your code here and click on continue shopping to validate certificate and have this amount put into your Gift Certificate Account.
Q What if I have any problems with my gift certificate?
For any queries regarding the Gift Certificate system, please contact me by email at: kim@toddlertucker.com.au. Please ensure you give as much information as possible when describing your problem.

Meals…
Q What if my child eats more or less than the serving size you provide?
By defrosting the meal in the fridge rather than the microwave, you can reheat only the required amount and keep the remainder for the following day – once thawed, it must be used within two days. By looking at some of the serving suggestions you can increase the size of the meal by adding side salads, some extra steamed vegetables or finishing the meal with some fruit and yoghurt.
Q How long do the meals last frozen?
All meals have three month expiry date on them.
Q There are so many meals, I don’t know what to choose, can I get help?
Of course, you can always contact kim@toddlertucker.com.au for some advice on which meals to choose for your child, but ultimately, you know your child better than anyone else.
If you are starting out with the Baby Bites range, I would suggest trying some of each variety, as you really want your child to be getting the full range of tastes. Don’t forget, your child may refuse a new taste many times before they accept it, so just defrost one block at a time and take it slowly.
If your child is already at the Toddler Tucker stage, start off with meals similar to what you’re already feeding them at home. Gradually, you can introduce your child to new tastes and help develop their palate.
